On experiencing the Presence you come to understand quite literally what St Paul meant when he said "at first we see through a glass darkly, but then face to face". It is possible to come into direct and intimate contact with the Divine and as a consequence move into states of grace which express various aspects of our divine nature. These include a sense of oneness with the whole creation and a pure consciousness which witnesses life through a silent mind filled with love and compassion. The feeling tone of the Presence is one of boundless bliss and joy.
It has been said that God is both immanent and transcendent, that we are composed of divine substance. If this is true then it means the Divine is closer to us than our hands and feet. And yet we are not always aware of this omnipresent Intelligence within Whom we live and move and have our being. How can this be?
The Awakening Process offered by the PATH Foundation has been designed to help you dissolve the obstacles that distract you from your natural identification with the the Divine. It involves an initiation which transfers the seed of enlightenment to you through touch, glance or intention and awakens you to the Presence in divinely guided ways. Once the seed has been planted the process continues to develop your relationship to the Divine at the rate natural for you. At this point you may come to understand the well known statement that "my god is a consuming fire." Only the dross is consumed, leaving you a refined and tempered channel for the Divine.
The Process is open to anyone in good health and free from severe psychological problems. It is challenging in that one has to confront unresolved factors in the various levels of the personality, so it is best undertaken by those who have achieved some degree of personality integration. It should not be undertaken lightly.

Our lives are upheld by the activity of prana or life force. It is the source of intelligence and all activity in our makeup. In the average person prana tends to be held captive to the mind's activities and so for awakening to occur we must surrender control over it and allow it to naturally and spontaneously release the knots in our individual energy field that block the full blossoming of enlightenment.
In this program you learn to awaken this wonderful life force, which is so powerful it can maintain the Solar system in its orbit, and allow it to purify your aura and experince the Divine. As this process of grace occurs one simply witnesses as the body, breath and more subtle sheaths are purified through divinely directed activity, including spontaneous mudras (gestures), bandhas (locks), pranayams (breathing routines) and other actions.
Understanding your Self
Spiritual experience really needs to be integrated with our personality life or we can lose balance. The power of spiritual energy as it flows into us is potentially destructive. The main reason spiritual practice doesn't bear fruit is because the personality can't integrate the new energies. A toxic energy field or troubled and distracted mind will not allow the three fold personality to integrate and align with the Soul. This makes it hard for the Soul to emerge and reveal its divine purpose in your life.
In this program we look at a systematic process that integrates the personality. You will learn an Alignment meditation and understand how to integrate body, mind, heart and soul. Having aligned these aspects of the personality the latter then becomes an effective vehicle for the Soul to manifest its intention.
