Seership Development

There is an essential dichotomy in the focus of clairvoyants and this is nowhere more evident than in the readings that various psychics offer to the community. Since the advent of the New Age many people are seeing what has been their natural gift of clairvoyance, clairsentience or clairaudience as a potential  money maker and have set up their shingle to share their wares. Unfortunately, the motive of the reader can colour the quality of the reading and often readings by the average psychic are coloured by personality based values that we are all prone to on the Path. These include the desire for fame, power, sexual exploitation or simply greed. It is not only these shonky values, but the unresolved issues of the psychic that get projected onto the hapless client. And if the psychic has some degree of charisma, as they often do, they can often attract quite large followings to engage with them in their delusional activities.

As the readings of the average psychic are coloured by their use of the solar plexus chakra, they are often influenced by their own egoism, the solar plexus  being the centre for the lower will.  This level only enables communication with those on the lower astral planes. The seer on the other hand,  reads via the awakened Third Eye, which involves the joint action of the brow and crown chakra, with some involvement from  the heart and throat centres. When the crown is functional it means the causal plane where the Grail or causal body resides are being accessed and then beautiful symbols filled with love energy are conveyed to the minds eye and felt by the eye of the heart.   

Few people have conscious awareness of the causal plane in life and  the capacity to dive deep within to the centre of our being is dependent on the purity of the lower vehicles. Consciousness tends to get stuck on the lower levels unless there is detachment. Now the average psychic is able to pick up the goings on upon the lower levels of the astral plane but this is hardly a desirable thing to do. As Edmund Harold suggests newly discarnate entities that these psychics
communicate with know little more than they did when alive. And because these psychics are focussed on what is essentially an emotional level the information they pick up is subject to all the distortion of the astral plane and the delusions that maintain our desires. In fact,  many women are naturally psychic (womens intuition) and have the capacity to pick up psychic vibrations due to their  negatively polarised etheric bodies. This instinctive telepathy is a vestige of our previous evolutionary development that normally operates at a subconscious level.

Psychics who deal exclusively with the levels of emotion and lower mental activity tend to get caught up in its glamour, especially when motivated by profit or power. Malicious and mischievous entities on these planes can seduce undiscerning psychics into believing  that they are great masters in order to establish a connection with them and then feed off their vital energy. This is the basis of stories about vampirism. They ultimately take more and more control of the mediums life until the latter gets lost in delusion, corruption and dissipation of their energy. Just as there are negative people in this world there are those on the unseen planes who are the same. So discernment is necessary  to avoid being used or mislead by such beings and it is better to avoid the lower plane communications altogether.

The goal of the true seer then is to refine his or her personality life in order to access the buddhic (intuitive love) level and align with the Soul’s qualities of intuitive love and wisdom. The alternative is that we identify with the astral level and its various glamours that tend to distort our perception according to what we desire. We then end up looking at life through rose coloured glasses. Or, if we identify with the content of the lower mental plane we run the risk of misunderstanding the ideas that flow from the universal Mind and our egos try to appropriate them, which creates illusion and inflation in our minds. We then start to think we are Jesus Christ or that we have a special mission. The way through these traps is to be dispassionate about our desires and discerning and detached about any special ideas that come to us.

Many psychics tend not to reach beyond the lower reaches of the astral plane and the communications they convey are therefore of a lower quality.  Those motivated by love however, can reach higher and convey something more healing to their clients. Thus the seer as opposed to the psychic can communicate with those beings of the 5th Kingdom of Souls, also called the Great White Brotherhood or the Spiritual Hierarchy. The group purpose of these Divine ones is to help our planet and guide it towards a more consistent expression of the spiritual element of our Being, the awareness of the One in Whom we live and move and have our being.
